Good Card -- More Information on Bulk Orders

Can I brand the Good Card?
You can use our standard Good Card which is great for the holidays or you can supply your own art and customize the card however you want. A few examples are below to demonstrate the range of options.

STANDARD

BRANDED EXAMPLE NEIMAN MARCUS

BRANDED EXAMPLE THE CASE FOUNDATION

What does the page look like when people redeem the card?
Network for Good's landing page for redemption is here. If you plan to link to this page from your site, we can co-brand the flow so that your logo is persistent once they are on our website (example below).

Is there additional cost do do a branded card?
How long does it take to get an order of cards?

-Standard Card
Once your order is confirmed it can take 7-10 business days for print proof and printing. We recommend expedited shipping.

-Branded Card
We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for this process to allow time for creating the art to spec for printing, proofing the files and then the actual printing and shipping.

-Email Version
If you are looking for a 'green' option and/or need something in a hurry sending the Good Cards electronically makes most sense for you. We can release the Good Card codes that your customers would use to redeem their gift for charity within 24-48hours from payment. In turn, you can incorporate the Good Card messaging and codes into any of your planned communications like a holiday e-card or employee communication.

An example of our standard email version is below to give you an idea of the messaging you would want to include:

What does the $5 per card cover?
The $5 per card covers the following things:
-The transaction fees so that 100% of the donation goes to the charity of the recipients' choice
-The physical card or email version of the card
-The disbursement of funds to the charities along with reporting
-Customer service

What It Is
The Good Card is a gift card for charity – where the recipient gets to donate to their charity of choice. Customers, clients, employees, friends and family all have their favorite charities and now you can give them the perfect gift – a donation to their favorite charity. The nonprofit Network for Good, which created the cards and donation processing system, is a trusted partner that has processed $175 million to 30,000 charities since it was founded in 2001. Network for Good is approved by the Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance.

Why It’s Good for Business
-Enhance sales: Consumers are more likely to buy from corporations that support good causes*
-Strengthen relationships: Tap into your audience’s emotional ties by associating your brand with their favorite causes

How it Works
-Your company orders cards (electronic–great for green initiatives-or plastic); you can use Network for Good's Good Card or customize one of your own.
-Recipients receive cards via email or mail
-The recipient redeems the card at Network for Good’s website, chooses a charity and then enters the amount to donate using the code on their Good Card/email
-The Good Card is good for 6 months; unused amounts are stored for future donations. After expiration the balance will be donated to Network for Good to train charities in outreach and help them raise funds online.
-Network for Good sends the charities the donation

Cost
-$5 per card and 100% goes to that charity
-You can purchase cards in any dollar increment up to $250
-To customize the Good Card, there is an additional flat fee.
